After Care Schedule
Break & Snack
3:15 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Students take a break from carpool and can break out the snacks. WM provides a small snack each day for the students, but students are welcome to bring their own snacks from home.
Homework | Quiet Time
3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Students who have homework have the opportunity to complete it in after care. All students who do not have homework will have quiet time where they can color or play quiet games at the table.
Outside
4:30 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.
Everyone needs a break to get some energy out. Around 4:30 p.m. students will be able to play at the park or on the courts for about an hour. If inclement weather appears, students will be able to participate in a craft or watch a movie inside.
Pick Up
5:45 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Parents are welcome to pick up their students any time during after care. The last 15 minutes are spent packing up for the day. Parents must park and come to the after care location to sign their student(s) out.
After Care Pricing
Please note that after care is NOT covered by scholarship. Each month must be paid in advance.
$25 registration fee

Late Fees:
6:01 - 6:15 p.m. | $25 fee
6:16 - 6:30 p.m. | $50 fee
6:31 p.m. + | $2 per minute
